Who is The Murdoch Group ?

Well, as the name suggests there is someone called Murdoch. Not the one whose newspapers you read and whose TV channels you view, but nonetheless a Murdoch in communications and public relations.

After some twenty years working as a consultant in agencies and then independently, Tony Murdoch has brought together his network of professional relationships into this multi-dimensional resource platform.

His first senior position was as head of public information for the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Subsequently he established the first internal information and external public relations function for Geneva University Hospital.

As Secretary General of the International Public Relations Association – IPRA, Tony built up a significant network of professional colleagues on which he has drawn to be able to deliver services to clients in almost any part of the world. He now maintains, renews and makes use of this resource base with the help of social and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn and Plaxo.

Brought up in Belgium and educated in Belgium, Switzerland and the UK, Tony was the first student to graduate with a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
